About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working with senior managers to attract and secure the best talent for the University. You’ll provide expert guidance on recruitment strategies, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. A key part of your role will involve sourcing candidates through creative and innovative methods, including proactive searches and leveraging digital platforms such as LinkedIn. You’ll also play a role in continuous improvement projects, helping to refine and evolve our recruitment processes. Additionally, you’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, form and chair recruitment panels, and develop attraction strategies that align with the University’s goals.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Managing the entire recruitment cycle, from identifying roles to onboarding.
* Partnering with managers to develop and execute tailored recruitment plans.
* Forming and chairing recruitment panels, ensuring compliance with University and diversity standards.
* Proactively sourcing talent using creative, innovative routes such as LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
* Leading and participating in continuous improvement projects.
* Designing and delivering recruitment training for managers.
* Analysing recruitment data to inform and improve hiring strategies.
About You
* Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of professional roles, including technology, HR, and finance.
* Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital platforms for proactive candidate sourcing, with strong Boolean search skills.
* Comprehensive understanding of UK employment law and best practices in recruitment, including diversity and inclusion principles.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and advise stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful recruitment strategies, ensuring efficient, cost-effective outcomes.
* Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
