We are looking for a Band 5 Nurse who wants to join our expert Outpatient team, delivering high standards of nursing care as part of a nursing team dedicated to improving the service the clinical area offers and participating in future developments. Applicants must be registered with the UK NMC registration.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an innovative, highly motivated individual, either experienced or newly qualified. As part of the Royal Manchester Children's Hospital, we provide specialist healthcare services for children and young people throughout the North West, as well as nationally and internationally. The post available is at the Paediatric Outpatient Department at Wythenshawe Hospital, and the post holder would be expected to work cross-site within RMCH when required and also at a Paediatric satellite clinic at Withington. The post holder must be organised, responsive, and flexible in coordinating and leading outpatient clinics and supporting specialist Nursing teams. They must also be trained or prepared to train in phlebotomy and partake in Nurse-led clinics.
