Up to £45,000

A retail company is seeking a CRM Manager to join the team!

THE ROLE

This role will sit in the CRM team alongside 2 others, working closely with the Directors on the CRM strategy and then delivering this. You will be carrying out segmentation on audiences based on demographics, A/B testing, building and deploying campaigns, and campaign analysis.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

* Strong CRM experience
* Experienced with ESP's, ideally Ometria and Mailchimp
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
