Office Administrator
Location: Dual offices in Huntingdon & St Ives (you will be required to work at both locations)
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (OFFICE BASED)
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience
Benefits: 20 days holiday + bank holidays and standard pension.

We need a robust Administrator to manage facilities, streamline HR and recruitment processes, enhance onboarding experiences, tackle IT challenges, and keep service levels top-notch.

Duties:
* Oversee the management of office facilities
* Coordinate space planning, floor plans, and desk allocations
* Assist with HR queries and handle sensitive information discreetly
* Manage the onboarding process for new hires
* Address IT issues with external IT service providers
* Regularly review and improve service levels to ensure high-quality support
* Liaise with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality of external services
* Review and negotiate existing contracts
About you:
* Office administration and facilities management experience
* Strong organisational and prioritisation capabilities
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Familiarity with HR processes and confidential data handling
* Effective problem-solving skills
