We are presently seeking to recruit a Cost Clerk to join our successful Aviation Division, based at our Head office in Nursling, Southampton.
The role of a Cost Clerk will involve data input and administration skills.
Tasks will include managing and entering the following information onto our Costing Software system (CPA) & Oracle:
* Data entry of weekly timesheets, resolving issues
* Registering supplier invoices
* Matching supplier invoices
* Managing the resolution of invoice queries with both internal & external clients
* Other associated tasks – journals, report running, reconciliations
* Office administration tasks such as filing and dealing with incoming emails to the team
About You
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail, you will:
* Have proven experience in a similar office-based role, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes – demonstrable experience with Excel is essential
* Ideally have experience of using costing software systems
* Be keen to develop your profile and grow within the company by finding opportunities to progress
* Be a team player – essential to work as part of a team under the supervision of your manager
