About the job
As a key member of our e-commerce team, you’ll drive our multi-platform and marketplace presence, leading efforts across Rithum (previously Channel Advisor), Amazon, eBay, Faire, Tesco Marketplace, and our own e-commerce site. You’ll play an integral part in growing our presence in the US, helping establish our brands and create new opportunities across the online market. This role plays a vital part in enhancing our online visibility and boosting sales through targeted campaigns, compelling content, and optimised SEO tactics to draw in customers.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily site management, while also contributing to strategic direction and development of e-commerce initiatives in partnership with senior leadership, and regularly reporting on key e-commerce performance metrics.
This position requires proximity to our headquarters in Folkestone for regular commuting.

What we’re looking for
* Previous knowledge and experience in an e-commerce role
* 2+ years of experience with Amazon Vendor Central and Amazon seller, capable of managing queries and regular account maintenance, e.g. pricing and technical support
* Deep understanding of Amazon's nuances and best practices, including compliance with Amazon policies, optimising listings for visibility, managing customer feedback, and leveraging Amazon’s algorithm for enhanced product discoverability
* Knowledge of Helium 10 would be preferred but not essential
* Plan seasonal promotions to identify strong seasonal trends to combine with our extensive catalogue
* High level of excel knowledge and comfortable creating advanced spreadsheets and data analytics
* Strong knowledge of SEO content
* Experience of managing products and connections via Rithum (Previously named Channel Advisor), or a similar platform
* An innovative character that can bring new ideas and drive growth through existing and new platforms
* Exceptional management skills, this role has 2 direct reports so great leadership skills will be needed
* Highly driven with a natural fit for a creative, forward-thinking work environment
* Excellent communication skills, leading regular e-commerce meetings and regularly reporting to senior management
* Friendly and approachable, thrives in a team environment
* Analytical mindset to explore marketing channels and site performance data
* Experienced in planning and executing marketplace promotions to drive growth
* Brilliant reporting skills, able to review monthly reports and implement improvements
* Proficiency in additional languages is beneficial, particularly for managing Amazon Pan-EU listings, but not essential
