We have a new opportunity for an Operations Support Administrator to join our Industrial Biomass team at our site in Stowmarket to assist the Operations Support Manager in ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, accessible and in adherence with our HSEQ policies.

The role will involve
* Assisting the Operations Support Manager to ensure PIDs, drawings, technical documents, training records, audits, risk assessments, policies, SOPs, servicing records, compliance records and any other documentation as it may be required is hosted on our Shared Server and on relevant systems.
* Managing requests for documentation in an efficient and timely manner.
* Managing purchasing ordering of materials, hire plant and sub-contractors, helping to ensure best value and service for the department. Ensure these are receipted in a timely fashion with the help of Site/Plant Managers to enable Finance to complete payments on time and report accurately on expenditure.
* Assisting the Industrial Biomass Team by processing PPE requests and booking accommodation as required.
* Working with Site/Plant Managers to ensure Protean checks are created and allocated to the right team member for each day – liaising with sites to make efficiency changes to these checks as required whilst remaining compliant with all guidelines.
* Reporting on Daily Asset Availability and Weekly Protean Compliance for Site/Plant Managers and Senior Management Team.
* Assisting the Industrial Biomass Team by keeping the WSE, RHI requirements, Asset Compliance Register and Training Record for each site up to date and notify Site/Plant Managers as key renewal dates approach.
* Providing Site/Plant Managers with a weekly stock take sheet from Sage and upon completion record the results. Ensure stock used is recorded and billed to the correct Asset.
* Assisting the Industrial Biomass Team with administration of projects such as planned shutdowns, PPM, upgrade works etc. as required.
What we are looking for
An individual who has experience of delivering high quality administration support, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
* Experience of delivering administration support in an operation led environment.
* Experience of working at volume with strong organisational skills to prioritise own workload ensuring deadlines are met.
* Demonstratable experience in maintaining databases, ensuring accurate record keeping and tracking progress reports.
* Initiative to work independently, and work as part of a team.
* Strong focus on attention to detail and thorough in reviewing documents and data.
* Proficient with Microsoft office (specifically Excel) and Teams.
