We are now strengthening our Marketing team in our Ipswich Head Offices with a Customer Communications Executive on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering a period of maternity leave.
This position will be based at our Head Office in Ipswich (Fred Olsen House, 42 White House Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP1 5LL). Your standard work pattern will be 35 hours per week Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
The Customer Communications Executive will work across both direct marketing communications (email and direct mail) and customer journey communications. This role is essential in ensuring that both prospective and current guests of Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines are inspired and engaged. For current guests, the Executive will provide essential information for a smooth and enjoyable experience while also driving profitability by encouraging the purchase of additional products and future cruises.
You will have strong copywriting skills and the ability to position marketing messages effectively. Furthermore, you will have experience producing campaigns on email marketing platforms and producing DMS. A Marketing qualification (or working towards) is preferred but not essential.
