Seeking a self motivated and flexible person interested in working in the recycling and environmental sustainability industry. This position is responsible for supporting the National Ferrous and Non Ferrous Trading Team, Factory Contracts and the Business Development Team in all aspects of commercial administration. Working in Smethwick, the successful candidate will be part of a team and work under the supervision of a knowledgeable and supportive Service Delivery Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Produce accurate and timely customer (Consolidation) reports
2. Produce Load Lists and Self Bills
3. Prepare and distribute customer price schedules and continuously update prices on the Navision system
4. Create contracts on the Navision system
5. Investigate and resolve internal queries
6. Liaise with the Transport Department & Weighbridge personnel
7. Support the Commercial Ferrous, Non Ferrous, & Factory Contracts Team
8. Deal with all administrative customer queries
9. Route website queries, and incoming calls to the appropriate contact
10. Make courtesy calls to existing suppliers, and provide feedback to Senior Managers
11. Manage all Inter Company prices
12. Deal with all Head Office accounts/administration requests
13. Assist with Reception cover, as the company requires
