We are embracing this opportunity to excel our digital marketing and improve our online presence by: Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals Managing and optimising online campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Google ads and Meta sites Working with the social media teams in the pubs to create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and the company news pages/blog Establishing and developing a presence on TikTok Performing SEO and SEM activities to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic Analysing performance metrics and adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights Staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices Experience managing external agencies, setting briefs and ensuring deadlines are hit Collaborating with and supporting the marketing coordinator with the design to ensure brand consistency Preparing regular reports for the directors to communicate ROI About the candidate You see exciting marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends Youll have marketing experience in the hospitality sector as well as previous experience managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns. You're highly creative and have experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert.
