CFC Inventory Manager
Pay rate: £17.75 p/h - Temp to Perm

The CFC Inventory Manager will be required to optimise warehouse space, support the CFC growth agenda, and successfully onboard within a multi-user site. This role involves maintaining accurate inventory levels across a multi-client fulfilment centre, completing daily/weekly PI and stock counts by customer, and producing detailed inventory MI for senior management and its customers. A proficient user of WMS and Microsoft Office is essential to provide meaningful data and deliver a cost-effective, high-quality service to our customers. The role is responsible for the management of stock integrity and stock processes on site.
Key Responsibilities of the successful CFC Inventory Manager:
1. Day-to-day management of the inventory function for all customers.
2. Devise and implement Inventory KPI targets.
3. Maintain stock accuracy and integrity in line with contractual requirements.
4. Interrogate and approve departmental spreadsheets/reports as required to ensure the integrity of inventory KPI data.
5. Support onsite Management team.
6. Attend Management huddles.
7. Utilise trend analysis to identify issues and areas of potential loss.
8. Encourage staff participation in process improvement.
9. Conduct regular reviews of training plans.
10. Attend departmental, contractual, and site meetings as required.
11. Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers.
12. Operate and interrogate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
13. Undertake special projects, provide statistics, and reports as required.
14. Comply with all Safe Working Practices including reporting all accidents and incidents within the workplace.
15. Undertake any other duties that may be assigned.
Key Experience of the successful CFC Inventory Manager:
1. SAP Key user (ERP) experience is essential.
2. Proficient in PC skills, including Microsoft packages, SAP WMS, and Power BI.
3. Experience in liaising with customers and problem-solving.
4. Strong ability to analyse data and identify solutions.
