Job Title: Mobile Tyre Fitter Full time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Saturday morning on a rota basis Position pays: £27,000 basic £33,000 OTE (dependant on experience) Location: Swansea and surrounds The Opportunity As a Mobile Tyre Fitter, you will be out on the road, working at customers premises and completing tyre related roadside breakdowns. You will play an integral role in ensuring we meet the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction. Day to day duties Respond to mobile tyre fitting service requests promptly and efficiently Perform tyre replacements, repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles. Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to assess tyre condition and recommend appropriate solutions. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times. Maintain accurate records of services provided and parts used. More about you You will need to possess a Full UK Driving Licence Have a solid mechanical / vehicle knowledge Show you will have the ability to organise own workload, work on own initiative and to strict deadlines. You will have strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
