Are you a PASSIONATE and DRIVEN Childrens Home Registered Manager looking for a new opportunity in a 4 bed home for children and young people with Learning Disabilities and Autism? Or are you an AMBITIOUS children's home deputy manager looking to step into your first Registered Manager role within a residential home in the Handsworth area of Birmingham?
Delivering the highest levels of care and support to the young people aged between 7 and 18 through the provision of leadership, direction, and management of the residential children's service, you will have the children and quality at the heart of your values, and the vision to inspire and support the young people to lead happy and successful lives.

The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and experience leading within a residential home for children & young people with learning disabilities and or challenging behaviours.

Role: Childrens Home Registered Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 plus performance related bonuses
Location: Handsworth, Birmingham (B21 postcode)
Hours: Full-Time

Requirements:
* NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
* NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services or equivalent
* Experience working within a Deputy or Childrens Home Registered Manager's position
* Experience in a residential children's home environment
* Full UK driving licence
