Equans is looking for a Mobile Facilities Supervisor to join our team of Cleaners overseeing operations at multiple sites across South and West Yorkshire. This is a Permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is an annual salary of £27,500 per annum and benefits package.
Shift Pattern:
40 hours between the hours of 0600 and 1800 Monday to Friday
What will you deliver?
As a Facilities Supervisor/Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising our cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and customer service is maintained across our large-scale government contract.
This will be a mobile role covering multiple sites. A company vehicle will be provided; therefore, a full clean driving licence (valid within the UK) is essential.
For this role, you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance; therefore, the ability to pass is essential.
BPSS Quick Guide
In order to meet our customers' requirements, the post holder must go through Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS). This is a form of Security Clearance set out by the Government which goes through several checks.
These checks typically include:
* Identity – e.g. Passport,
* Employment history (past 3 years). If there are any gaps, then HMRC statements for the period in question will be required.
* Right to work status in the UK
* Unspent criminal record.
* Any significant periods (6+ months in the past 3 years) of time spent abroad.

Who are we looking for?
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
* Driving License
* Previous experience of supervising and multi-siting.
* Must pass BPSS security clearance.
* English speaking
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
* COSHH Knowledge
* BICS training or willing to undertake training within job role.
* Additional languages desirable
