Growth & Company are hiring a Director of Growth for a globally recognized wellness and lifestyle brand in London to lead Go-To-Market strategy, driving growth across sales and digital marketing, managing e-commerce operations, optimizing budgets, and performance metrics to scale their DTC business. Reporting directly to the COO of the growing, dynamic team behind internationally renowned wellness products, you'll play a vital role as the first Director of Growth, working cross-functionally to further the company's mission to empower us to create positive changes in our lives. What You’ll Do: Drive Growth Strategy: Develop and execute market-specific strategies across paid social, paid search, email, influencers, affiliates, and organic channels to unlock new opportunities. Lead Impactful Initiatives: Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver measurable results. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use analytics to inform strategy, optimize performance, and deliver actionable insights that drive continuous improvement. Optimize Performance: Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and campaign performance to refine targeting, enhance strategies, and achieve profitability goals. Inspire Collaboration: Communicate clear insights and results to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared success across teams. What you'll bring: Growth Leadership: 2-3 years in a growth leadership role with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and meeting targets across various markets and channels between $10m to $30m Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing (SEM, social media, display, email) with experience leveraging digital channels to boost sales and brand visibility. Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to generate insights that drive strategic decisions and optimize sales and marketing efforts. Experience with SQL, BigQuery and Google Analytics is a plus. Budget Management: Skilled in managing budgets, forecasting, and optimizing sales and marketing spend to achieve the best ROI. Consumer Brand Experience: Relevant experience in a marketing role in a consumer goods business. Affinity with E-commerce and performance improvements in complex processes.
