Job summary The post of Assistant Programme Administrator will be mainly supporting our Programme Administrator. That would be all admin support for medical students and Foundation Year 1 doctors in training at our Eastbourne DGH site. Main duties of the job The job role will entail the following activities: assistance with organisation of the centralised teaching programme; Induction support; sign-posting of doctors in training; Enhance Programme admin; Careers Evening support; ARCP/sign-off admin support; Front of House involving AV/room set-up/down; Trust/LAS doctors support; Foundation Programme (Enhance); clinical attachments and dealing with queries from doctors in training and Trust doctors.
