The Role:
We’re seeking multiple part-time team members to assist with our Saturday Bean to Cup Coffee Experiences and Roastery Tours, as well as handling general roastery shop duties, including customer service and retail sales.
Responsibilities:
1. Brewing espresso and filter coffees for tours & experiences
2. Assisting customers with their coffee selection
3. Handling transactions
4. Restocking products
5. Maintaining the cleanliness of the store
6. Providing product knowledge and recommendations
About You:
1. Highly organised with the ability to follow procedures
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. A positive, enthusiastic person with a keenness to learn
4. Barista / coffee industry knowledge is preferred although not required, training will be provided.
5. A passion for coffee and excellent customer service is essential.
The Details:
This is a part-time role from 09:00 to 17:00 on Saturdays but with the potential to grow in line with the needs of the company.
Hourly rate, real living wage.
