Here at the Courthouse Hotel London - Soho we are looking for a motivated professional Meeting and Events Coordinator to join our busy Meeting & Events Team. Our hotel consists of 116 bedrooms, 5 meeting rooms, 3 restaurants, a high-end chic roof terrace, 100-seater private cinema and The Bar in our lobby, definitely an exciting and amazing place to work!

Key accountabilities and tasks related to the Meeting and Events Coordinator role include:
Planning and organizing a personalized service, tailor made to our clients exact requirements.
Producing proposals, contracts for guests, menus, and weekly function sheets for respective departments, in line with hotel pricing policy and sales direction.
High sense of responsibility for all functions throughout the event.
To conduct show around of the hotel with potential clients.
Liaising closely with Reservations, Front Office & F&B teams to ensure the success of all event bookings.
Negotiate with clients and achieve maximum revenue/profit potential while satisfying client needs.
Checking arrangements are correct and in place on the day of the event.
Ensuring billing is correct and invoices sent out in a timely manner.
To close prospects as confirmed bookings and maximize all revenue potential by upselling across all revenue producing areas.
Previous Opera Sales & Catering knowledge is preferred.
