Sitting at the intersection of brand storytelling and growth marketing, you'll strategise, create, and execute content across paid and organic channels while staying on top of trends to keep Frive’s marketing fresh, effective, and culturally relevant. Responsibilities Content Strategy & Creative Direction: Develop and execute Frive’s content strategy across organic and paid channels. Own and manage Frive’s Content calendar, ensuring it comprehensively captures all key Brand and business activity. Collaborate with Growth, Brand, Product, and Customer Service teams to ensure alignment with wider marketing goals. Craft compelling narratives that embody Frive’s mission to make healthy eating easy and natural. Campaign Development & Execution: Design and deliver strategic campaigns for social advertising (Meta, TikTok, etc.) focused on engagement and conversions. Oversee the production of creative assets—including video, imagery, and copy—that align with Frive’s tone and values. Planned and executed A/B testing frameworks to optimise performance and improve engagement metrics. Content Production: Lead the end-to-end production process, from ideation and briefing to editing and delivery of content. Manage relationships with an organic social agency to deliver engaging content aligned with Frive’s objectives. Work closely with the Creative Lead to ensure all content meets brand standards and visual guidelines. Create assets tailored to each platform, ensuring content is native and performs well in-feed. Insights & Optimisation: Use performance data to analyse ad creative effectiveness and refine strategies in real time. Spot emerging trends and cultural moments, integrating them into content plans to keep Frive relevant. Ensure all deliverables align with the brand’s messaging, values, and positioning. About you: Experience: Proven track record in content strategy, production, and performance marketing, with hands-on experience creating high-performing campaigns. Creative & Strategic: Strong storytelling skills paired with an analytical mindset to craft campaigns that inspire action and drive results. Platform Expertise: Proficient in Meta Ads, TikTok, and emerging platforms, with a deep understanding of trends and algorithm behaviours. Leadership: Comfortable managing external partners and agencies to deliver projects on time and to a high standard. Collaborative: Able to work cross-functionally, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
