Criterion Studio Talent and Operations Director

Studio Talent and Operations Director.Working in partnership with Studio leadership, partner studios and other EA stakeholders the Studio Ops and talent Director plays a key role in operational excellence at Criterion. Bringing together teams and processes to drive operational effectiveness.
RMO Support
1. Ensure that Criterion details are accurate in our Airtable and partner with EU and North Americas teams on movement between teams and projects
2. Partner with our finance organisation to maintain accurate data between our Airtable and Anaplan systems and that data li loaded correctly
3. Partner with our Talent Acquisition teams to help facilitate strong recruitment activities, remove roadblocks and help hiring teams work effectively
4. Liaise with Studio Head of Ops over any issues coming from the above items
Studio/Project Talent and Staffing
5. Facilitate Wellbeing surveys - liaising with HR, ensure these go out and results discussed & analysed, leading to actions that are shared effectively
6. Conduct Team Health Checks - ensure we keep regular and recording checks on team heath
7. Maintain accuracy of work model allocations in Workday in partnership with HR including correct working models
8. Work with Criterion FP&A to ensure that the Studio budget (for travel/entertainment/training/hardware etc) is being managed correctly and on track
9. Facilitate craft planning and development for all crafts
10. Work with HR and Studio GM on Training budget and finding/setting up training
11. Work closely with Criterion North to ensure the studio is well attended and that staff generally are included in Criterion activities
General/Studio Operations
12. Line Management of Criterion Operations Coordinators in both locations - Guildford and Manchester
13. Connect with Guildford Governance over ERG and Outreach activities
14. Work with Studio GM to raise the profile of Criterion Studio in the local Guildford community and wider UK Gaming industry
15. Drive the planning and execution of team building and Criterion annual celebrations, swag, and culture initiatives
16. Facilitate Studio AMA and All Hands meetings
17. Oversee any building site operation requests from Workplace Experience across our Guildford and Criterion North sites
