Our client, a leading organisation in the beauty industry, is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Product Manager to join their team on a temporary basis for 8 weeks. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about beauty and has a strong background in product management. As an Assistant Product Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Product Manager in implementing the brand's marketing strategy, driving awareness, and creating customer loyalty.

Experience working with Fragrance / Niche Frangrance Brands
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to build strong relationships
Gather data and conduct market analysis to enhance consumer knowledge
Assist in forecasting new launches based on competitor benchmarking
Be the champion of your assigned brand portfolio, managing catalogue and distribution
Drive engagement of brand campaigns through paid media channels
Work closely with the Activation team to ensure successful execution of launches
Coordinate the approval and delivery of product artworks and brand campaigns
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Assist the Product Manager in budget management for your brandRequired Experience:
Previous experience working on a fast-growing brand, preferably in the beauty industry
Strong analytical and numerical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Highly organised with exceptional prioritisation skills
