We are currently looking for an organised and detail-orientated Mortgage Case Manager to join our client's team in Kettering, Northamptonshire. The successful will require previous experience and provide a professional level of administrative support to the Mortgage Advisors ensuring cases are fully compliant with both the company and provider requirements. Excellent administrative Skills IT Literate Excellent attention to detail Responsibilities for the role of Case Manager: Liaise with Mortgage providers and clients to ensure the smooth processing of mortgage applications through to completion. Liaise with Insurance Companies and clients to ensure smooth processing of protection business chasing where necessary to ensure policies are in force as appropriate. Open and distribute the post (stamp dating if necessary) and scan it on the database on a daily basis. Frank and be responsible for the Royal Mail post including taking the post to the post box on a rota basis. Answering the phone taking messages and passing on as appropriate. Answering the door and greeting any visitors to the building, making sure that all visitors comply with any site regulations. Book appointments for advisers in Google Diary. Produce suitability letters for protection cases as appropriate. Keeping the company database up to date, ensuring that all tasks allocated to you on the system are reviewed daily. Ensure registers and logs are kept up to date and reviewed regularly. Take responsibility for dealing with client ‘issues’ to achieve a satisfactory conclusion.
