What will you do:
1. Provide personal care and support to individuals in their own home, including assistance with showering, dressing and bathing.
2. Medication assistance
3. Food preparation
4. Assistance with activities (medical appointments, allied health, etc)
5. Transport to and from medical appointments and social outings
6. Supporting people with complex medical needs
To be successful in this role you will need:
1. Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support or similar
2. Current Criminal History Check (or willing to obtain)
3. Working with Children's Check (or willing to obtain)
4. NDIS Worker Screen (or willing to obtain)
5. Current Senior First Aid and CPR
6. Current drivers licence & own reliable car, with insurance
