Our client is a corporate workspace business and they are currently looking for a New Business Executive to join their team. This is a full time and predominantly office based role with 1 day a week from home. The hours will be Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00. There will be uncapped commission available and first year OTE are epectected to be £35k. Duties: Proactively contacting businesses to understand workspace requirements Generate new leads to work / pass to the team First point of contact for new clients. Introducing the service, qualifying needs and identifying relevant options. Introducing the client to the market in a timely and appropriate manner. Gaining commitment from the client to view and identifying specific options before passing to the Progress Manager to book viewings and field feedback. Working with clients pre and post viewing to shortlist favoured options, providing insight and advice on the most appropriate options. Negotiating pricing and terms with providers. Passing client to Progress Managers once feedback has been gained to allow them to chase down proposals, agreements and deal information. Meeting / exceeding daily, weekly and monthly KPIs for viewings, deals and revenue. Requirements: Commercial awareness Strong relationship building skills Excellent communicator Confident user of MS Office B2B Experience (desirable) Minimum grade C in English and Maths
