Our client is a growing SME and to support their significant growth plans, they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor who can own this process and help them hire best-in-class talent across a wide range of roles in the business. Our client is based in Witney and this is a hybrid working role where you will spend 50% of your working week in the offices to conduct interviews and assessments, wee candidates on day 1 and build strong relationships with your stakeholders.
Your new role
The current recruitment process is tried and tested at the organisation and works well to ensure candidate experience is prioritised and managers are assisted throughout the process. Currently, there is no requirement for someone to re-map this process or make drastic changes, but the team are very open to rmendations about how things can be improved. Your role starts with briefing meetings with your stakeholders to fully understand their requirement. You will be responsible for advertising, creating a shortlist, screening candidates and then presenting your shortlist to your hiring manager. You may be required to support the interview stage or, for some roles, you may also lead the interviews. You will work with the People team to take the successful candidate through offer and onboarding stage and will manage candidatemunication for those unsuccessful.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional who has recruited a broad range of roles. Our client's growth plans include IT and Technical hires, Sales and Professional Services hires. We are looking for a strongmunicator who can demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills.
