Working at Flint Bishop
A clear plan has been set out for me with increased responsibility and one which resulted in me successfully maturing and growing key contracts across our client base, in addition to developing my litigation skills. The firm offers a very supportive environment where colleagues across the hierarchy work collaboratively to support one another to be the best version of themselves, and I look forward to building a long and rewarding career with them.
Since day one, everyone has been super friendly and welcoming. My interview experience was really good, as I was able to speak to people that have worked in the company for some time and ask questions. It was also great to have my final interview with the CEO of the firm. As for the onboarding experience, as already mentioned, everyone was really welcoming and the training given not only taught you your role, but also gave you the independence to put what you have learnt into practice almost from day one!
