We are seeking an ambitious and energetic IT Support Engineer to join our IT & Security team at FISCAL Technologies in Reading. This is a full-time, hybrid position that offers an exciting opportunity to develop your IT and InfoSec skills while contributing to a high-performing team. You will play a key role in supporting and enhancing our on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, while also providing IT support to over 70 staff.

Provide comprehensive internal IT support across hardware, software, networks, applications, and web-based services, ensuring timely response to staff requests and adherence to SLAs.
Procure, build, maintain, and support PCs, laptops, and other hardware, ensuring effective asset management and facilitating moves, additions, and changes as needed.
Assist in maintaining and enhancing our information security practices to ensure ongoing compliance with industry security standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and practices, promoting best practices through clear documentation and process optimization.
Proven experience providing end-user support in a Windows environment.
Demonstrable expertise in deploying, configuring, and administering Windows devices.
Hands-on experience with MDM tools, such as Microsoft Intune, for device management.
Proficiency in software packaging, deployment, and device configuration.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, and Active Directory administration.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and firewalls.
Strong problem-solving abilities with creative thinking and attention to detail.
Experience deploying, configuring, and managing cloud services, particularly on Microsoft Azure.
Familiarity with vulnerability management, patch management, and security tools such as XDR, EDR, Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, and DLP solutions.
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL administration.
Familiarity with agile or DevOps methodologies.
