Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Primary Supply Teacher to join our team on a temporary basis. This role is perfect for a passionate educator who thrives in a variety of classroom settings and is committed to making a positive impact on students' learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to primary school students across different year groups.
* Implement lesson plans and activities that meet the needs of all students.
* Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a safe and productive learning environment.
* Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and school policies.
* Work collaboratively with permanent teaching staff to ensure continuity in students' education.
* Maintain accurate records of students’ progress and report to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Proven experience working as a Primary Teacher, preferably in a supply role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom environments.
* A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
