Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and innovative English lessons to students across KS3, KS4, and (desirably) KS5.
* Develop lesson plans that are aligned with curriculum standards and tailored to meet diverse learning needs.
* Inspire a love of literature and language, encouraging critical thinking and effective communication skills.
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
* Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What We re Looking For:
* QTS/NQT/PGCE/QTLS or equivalent qualification, with a degree in English or a related subject.
* A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to raising attainment levels.
* Energetic, positive, and adaptable with excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Experience teaching English at secondary level, with the ability to engage students of varying abilities.
* A current DBS registered on the update system (or willingness to apply for one).
