Our dedicated Care Home Manager, Tracey, has been with us for over a decade, bringing both professional expertise and personal care to our residents and team. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring that our residents enjoy nutritious, high-quality meals every day. Key Responsibilities: As a Cook, you will: Prepare and Serve Meals: Deliver appetising, nutritious, and well-balanced meals that meet the dietary requirements and preferences of our residents. Maintain Hygiene Standards: Operate in a clean, safe, and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety regulations. Support Kitchen Operations: Assist with day-to-day catering operations, including meal preparation, stock management, and equipment maintenance. Manage Budgets: Help control the catering budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources without compromising quality. Order Supplies: Submit and manage food orders to ensure consistent availability of fresh ingredients. Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the Head Chef, 2nd Chef, and other staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
