Marketing Manager
Salary: £30,000-£40,000
Location: Belton DN9
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm

We are currently recruiting for a prestigious manufacturing business based in the DN9 area. Our client is looking to expand their team with the addition of a Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the success of the varied and rapidly growing brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Expected responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
5. Managing the marketing team and multiple channels across a range of companies
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, including key media, partners and suppliers
7. Planning and delivering events (internal and external, B2B and B2C)
8. Securing editorial opportunities and pitching ideas to journalists/publications
9. Creating and distributing internal and external newsletters
10. Creating, maintaining and developing websites, brochures, price guides etc.
11. Creating digital content and managing social media
12. Media planning and buying (print and digital)
13. Managing PPC, SEO and social ads
14. Management of sponsorship and influencer relationships
The Successful Candidate:
15. A minimum of five years marketing experience at senior level.
16. Excellent management skills and the ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously.
17. Experience of adapting content for different audiences to maximise impact and ROI.
18. Event management experience and knowledge of the equestrian industry/events.
19. Extensive experience of stakeholder management and the ability to engage people across a large diverse organisation.
20. Ability to monitor social media outside of your normal working hours
21. An ongoing commitment to keep up to date with developments in marketing and evidence of continued professional development (CIM qualification/membership desirable).
22. A proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and implementing B2B and B2B strategies.
