Job Description: Sales Support Executive at everyLIFE
The role of the Sales Support Executive is to support prospects through their buying journey; understanding their key requirements and fact finding out about each individuals organisation in order to fully qualify how suitable they are for a product demo.
Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Support Executive will play a crucial role within everyLIFE.
Position Type: Permanent.
Location: Farnborough head office/hybrid

Our dynamic sales team carry out sales activities and tasks to drive the sales of our software and applications. All conversations with leads and prospects are driven by the customer taking a positive action to discuss their requirements with us from a variety of methods, such as direct marketing email campaigns, social media and events. They have daily direct interaction with customers and leads, either virtually, via the phone or online platforms.
You will:
* Manage, nurture and convert leads into qualified demo opportunities from a variety of platforms including web forms, phone and live chat.
* Qualify leads and enquiries against a set criteria for ideal customers and sales and effectively articulate information about the PASS system to leads.
* Ensure that lead information is accurately recorded on the Customer Relationship Management system (CRM).
* Process leads and opportunities on the CRM in a timely fashion and always in accordance with Company procedure.
* Provide lead and opportunity information and other reports as and when required.
* Support the Head of Sales and sales team in effectively following up on demo and sales opportunities – including but not limited to supporting in the creating of customer proposals
* Support the sales team and wider organisation in attending events throughout the year and working as part of a team to follow up on lead capture and enquiries.
* Support the sales and marketing teams in preparing for large events and roadshows, ensuring all the correct and relevant material is available to be dispatched

You have:
* Previous experience within Customer Service or Sales Executive roles
* A confident and capable communicator
* Previously supported a product or service
* Understanding of a sales process
* Good knowledge of social media platforms
* Goal oriented with experience of working in a target and delivery driven environment
* Ability to manage a portfolio of prospects simultaneously, prioritizing appropriately and managing time efficiently
* Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people. Work co-operatively with others to be part of a team
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
You may have:
* Experience of supporting a SaaS product
* Some knowledge of the care sector and in care delivery
* Experience using Salesforce CRM
