We’re looking for an experienced Events Marketing Associate to lead the marketing strategy for a portfolio of Science and Health webinars. In this role, you will create and execute targeted marketing campaigns, develop engaging marketing assets, and work closely with internal teams, project managers, sales, and brand partners to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in events marketing, a strategic mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects while working collaboratively across teams.
How you will make an impact:
* Develop & Implement Strategies: Design and execute marketing plans tailored to specific audience segments to enhance market penetration and drive customer acquisition.
* Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, paid and organic social media, third-party email marketing, and SEO.
* Content & Asset Development: Create compelling marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and audience expectations.
* Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Sales, Audience Verticals teams, and Content Development teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
* Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor key metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize engagement and conversions.
Key Audience Verticals: This role focuses on marketing webinars and events across key audience segments, including:
* Health: Oncology, Veterinary Medicine, Rheumatology, Immunology, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Consumer Health, Nurses, and GPs.
* Science: Bioprocessing, Chemistry, Environmental Science & Toxicology, Power & Energy (Battery Research), Engineering (Robotics, Manufacturing & Automation), and Renewable Energy (Solar, Wind).
What we look for:
* Experience: Proven track record in online events marketing, preferably in science, healthcare, or B2B marketing.
* Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing including email, social and SEO, campaign execution, audience segmentation, and event promotion strategies. Canva design and copywriting.
* Initiative: A proactive, self-motivated individual who can take ownership of projects and drive them forward independently.
* Collaboration: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
