Your Role
As the Senior Project Officer – Partnerships,you will be primarily responsible for:
* Managing day-to-day relationships with small-medium sized members, developing and delivering annual workplans while ensuring alignment with EF’s vision and objectives.
* Coordinating project delivery, ensuring on-time, within-budget execution and collaborating with internal teams for effective communication and valorisation.
* Supporting the UK raw materials team on key projects, business development initiatives in line with the Europe Roadmap.
* Assisting the Supply Chain Transformation Team with technical projects, such as traceability, deforestation-free reports, and grievances.
Championing EF values externally, challenging members to create more equitable global supply chains and fostering strong relationships within the UK and wider European teams.

Experience: 2-4 years professional experience
Your Profile
We’re looking for someone who enjoys and excels in managing projects and deepening partnerships with integrity, fostering trust, and delivering tangible results. You’ll work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, using your strong communication skills to translate complex information into clear, accessible messages for diverse audiences. Your ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects will be essential as you navigate the complexities of sustainability initiatives.
In a multicultural, collaborative environment, you’ll bring your creativity and problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive progress. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Experience or knowledge of raw material supply chains is a great advantage.
