Key Responsibilities:
* Process the Employee employment and pay data to a high level of accuracy
o Manage variable data
o Starters / Leavers / Changes
o Statutory payroll requirements (Tax, National Insurance etc.)
* Manage changes to employee data in HR Systems, ensuring data is accurate
* Processing all aspects of the Payroll on a monthly basis
* Involved with our Expat payrolls and international workers
* Point of contact for employee queries on HR Systems and Payroll queries
* Manage the EWD (Employee Worldwide database) reporting to Daimler
* Ad Hoc reporting from the HRIS to support compensation & benefit activities
Minimum Qualifications:
* A pass grade in English & Maths at GCSE level
* Good literacy and maths skills with an ability to spot errors
* IT skills, with knowledge of Excel
* Organised and logical in approach
* Approachable and proactive
* Detail conscious
