Knowledge
Essential
1. Computer literate, with experience of using a keyboard with a high level of accuracy.
2. Knowledge of NHS or service provider in general
3. Thorough knowledge of healthcare or other administrative systems and processes
4. Knowledge of databases, spreadsheets PAS, Excel or similar applications
5. Experience of using a full range of IT/Patient data systems
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
7. Health and Safety
8. Equality and diversity

9. Sound office clerical background providing knowledge of relevant procedures
