Job Title: Early Careers & Skills Development Coach - Project Management (12 Month FTC)
Location: Barrow in Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.
Salary: £36,302 - £38,742 Depending on experience (Role is 32 Hours per week across 4 days)
What you’ll be doing:
1. Delivering an effective programme that utilises coaching to train, monitor, develop and assess apprentices against relevant Standards in support of them attaining occupational competence.
2. Recording/reporting of performance data effectively in support of delivering outstanding outcomes for learners.
3. Developing links with the relevant Functions in the business to understand the requirements of the role and the Apprenticeship Standards, to monitor Apprentice progress against all areas of their Apprenticeship.
4. Effectively preparing Apprentices towards successfully completing their End Point Assessment.
5. Providing and monitoring the effective safeguarding, SHE, welfare, and support arrangements for learners whilst on Early Careers & Skills programmes.
6. Liaising with subcontracted providers to monitor Apprentice performance and effectively maximise the link between classroom and workplace learning opportunities.
7. Developing activities to enable individuals to acquire skills and knowledge.
Your skills and experiences:
1. Business professional with occupational competence within the Project Management sector.
2. Coaching skills and proven experience within a coaching environment.
3. Passionate about apprenticeships and learning.
4. Experience of assisting Apprentices in working towards Apprenticeship Standards.
5. Further Education or Teaching background.
6. Quality and OFSTED experience.
7. Relevant occupational competence Qualifications.
