ADMINISTRATOR - TECHNICAL SERVICES | £11.90 per hour We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Services Administrator to join our Technical Services team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as the role involves direct contact with the wider team and external contractors. Strong organisation and planning skills are also required, along with good attention to detail, as you will be the collator and custodian of the department statutory and mandatory compliance records. Other responsibilities will include supporting the Department Managers and the Technical Services Manager with a range of general admin duties, including answering the telephone, writing meeting notes and raising electronic purchase orders. Excellent computer skills will be required including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. HOURS OF WORK This is a fixed-term role until 10th April 2025 You will be contracted to work 120 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. Shifts will fall between 9am and 3pm Monday to Friday. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
