With a strong pipeline of business and clear opportunities for career progression, this is a fantastic chance to grow within a client-focused, supportive environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage and retain a portfolio of commercial insurance clients across various industries\nHandle the full policy lifecycle - including renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business enquiries\nLiaise with insurers to negotiate terms and secure the best cover for clients\nProvide expert advice on commercial insurance products including property, liability, motor, and combined packages\nEnsure FCA compliance and maintain accurate client records using Acturis\nSupport client meetings, produce market submissions, and follow up on agreed actions\n\nRequirements\n\nMinimum of 2 years' experience as a Commercial Account Handler or in a similar broking role\nStrong technical knowledge of commercial insurance products\nCert CII qualified or actively working towards (preferred)\nProficient in Acturis and Microsoft Office Suite\nExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships\nOrganised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities\n\nBenefits & What's On Offer\n\nCompetitive salary up to £40,000 depending on experience\nHybrid working model - split your time between the Leeds office and home\nGenuine opportunities for career development and promotion\nWork within a successful, independent broker with ambitious growth plans\nSupportive leadership and team-focused cultureReady to make your next move in commercial insurance?
