Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the warehouse team, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
2. Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
3. Implement and maintain best practices for warehouse management, inventory control, and warehouse automation systems.
4. Monitor and improve warehouse performance through key performance indicators (KPIs).
5. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
6. Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to meet operational demands.
7. Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage systems.
8. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
9. Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, stock levels, and operational challenges.
10. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Qualifications and Skills
11. Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
12. Strong leadership and team management skills.
13. Proficiency in warehouse management software, inventory systems, and warehouse automation technologies.
14. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
15. Proficiency in warehouse management software and inventory systems.
16. Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
17. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
18. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
19. Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and priorities.
