Role Overview
Troo is looking for a client relationship manager to maintain and grow the relationship between Troo and our white label partnerships. You will be responsible for building viable and productive relationships with all relevant members across various locations.
Whilst nurturing this relationship, the goal is to continuously increase our exposure to partnership members through constant contact, planning, and attending events while networking at all areas where members are present. A strong presence will lead to increased generation of strong leads, which will subsequently be passed to the sales team to increase the opportunity of revenue to Troo and their partners.
This is a field-based role. The expectation is that you will spend the majority of your time in the field with Regional teams, Partner members, or attending events. There will be significant travel around the UK and time away from home.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Speak with all regions on a weekly basis and create meaningful professional relationships with key stakeholders.
2. Build and maintain relationships in a way where you are seen as a trusted contact, facilitating a good service offering, which gives stakeholders confidence to promote our service to other members.
3. Schedule periodical face-to-face meetings with regional directors to reiterate the service we offer, discuss successes to date, and aim to build stronger relationships and generate more inbound traffic.
4. Keep all regional staff members up to date with member progress, showcasing achievements and the service we offer to the customers they referred to us.
5. Actively look for opportunities that would create engagement and lead opportunities, such as spotting worthwhile events, writing articles, and creating ideas for events/marketing aligned with member current affairs and concerns.
6. Manage existing clients while prospecting for new clients across various channels and networking events.
Experience – We’re looking for:
1. A proven track record of managing successful relationships with clients.
2. Experience in working with demanding clients and under tight deadlines.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. A proactive and professional attitude to work.
5. Ability to build new client relationships.
6. A driven and motivated individual.
7. Energy experience is not essential.
Package
1. £40,000 per annum with a share of commission from leads generated in the field.
2. Car allowance and mileage allowance to cover fuel costs.
3. Away from home expenses paid monthly.
4. 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays.
5. 5 working days per week; weekend work will generate midweek days off in lieu.
