Customer Service Coordinator (Temporary to Permanent) £11.44 PER HOUR Job Type: 12 weeks Temporary to Permanent Location: Penkridge ( easy access from M6 and A5 ) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm Key Responsibilities: Uploading customer reports and costing them onto a customer portal Responding to customer emails Answering the main incoming phone Raising jobs Processing customer data into report format Requirements: Proven experience gained in an office based customer service / administration based role Available for work immediately on a temporary to permanent basis The ability to prioritise a busy workload Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. MS office and CRM knowledge Methodical Excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and handle high-volume workload.
