Are you confident speaking with people via phone and email? Do you like working in a fast-paced environment? Are you wanting to work for an industry leader? Based just on the outskirts of Cheltenham, this position is perfect for someone with confident telephone skills and who's highly organised with great administration skills. You'll be speaking with customers and suppliers, answering questions and queries, and updating documentation on the company system. Paying £12ph Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm with an hour's lunch, this temp to perm position is an immediate start for the right candidate. Ideally for this position, you will need to be on a short notice period or immediately available.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Answering the telephone & providing a reactive response to customers' needs.
2. Working with subcontractors & engineers to schedule work.
3. Chasing for parts, ensuring deliveries arrive & communicating with engineers to ensure works are carried out.
Skills and Attributes:
1. Confident on the phone and speaking to people via email and phone.
2. Highly organised.
3. IT literate.
4. Can work at a fast pace.
