Your Role: Technical Support: Handle 2nd line hardware, software, and network issues. Resolve escalated problems and support end-users via phone, email, and remote tools. System Maintenance: Perform regular updates, upgrades, and system monitoring to ensure top performance. Incident Management: Track and document incidents, working with 3rd line support when required. Customer Service: Deliver outstanding support with clear, effective communication. Process Improvement: Suggest enhancements to IT processes and participate in team initiatives. What You Bring: Experience: 2 years in 2nd line support or similar roles. Skills: Proficiency in Windows/Linux OS, network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls), and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V). Cloud experience (AWS/Azure) is a plus. Certifications: CompTIA Network, Security, or Azure Administrator Associate preferred. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.
