Job Title: Administrator
Salary: £20,000 to £22,000
Location: Edgbaston
Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring an Administrator for an Accounting & Finance company in Birmingham.
The Candidates responsibilities:
1. General Admin and facilities to support the team and company
2. Producing and raising Invoices
3. Up keep of the invoicing system
4. Preparations of client documents e.g. contracts, engagement letters, etc
5. Query management
6. Data Input and maintenance of client data
7. Reception cover
8. General administrative duties e.g. scanning, filing, copying
Skills Needed:
9. Knowledge of General MS, IT and email/internet knowledge is necessary.
10. Attention to detail is key as the successful candidate will be dealing with correspondence and documentation.
11. The ability to use own initiative and work well under pressure.
12. Must have excellent communication and numerical skills.
13. A keen interest and/or previous experience within a corporate Admin role – at least 1 year.
