About the Role
Salaried GP opportunity – part-time for 4-6 sessions per week based in Castle & Sible Hedingham, Essex.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a salaried GP to join our friendly, dedicated team in a semi-rural practice. We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated doctor who values a supportive work environment and excellent patient care.
Why Join Us?
* Collaborative environment: You’ll be joining a cohesive team of 3 GP Partners, 5 Salaried GPs, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 5 Practice Nurses, and 2 HCA/Phlebotomists, with comprehensive support from our experienced reception, administration, and dispensary teams.
* Balanced on-call duty: We share on-call duties daily, ensuring that each doctor has manageable responsibilities without any day dedicated solely to on-call work.
* Low home visit demand: Home visits are minimal, allowing you to focus your time within the practice.
* High performing surgery: Rated 'Good' by QCQ in all areas, highest performing surgery in Mid-Essex ICB in hypertension management, increasing patient satisfaction scores year on year.
* PCN engagement: We are active within our Primary Care Network, contributing to regional healthcare improvements and benefiting from shared resources and collaboration.
* New facility: We’re moving to a new, purpose-built medical centre in the local area soon, offering an upgraded space for our team and patients.
