We are seeking a dedicated iTrent Application Support Officer to join our team and drive the continuous improvement of our HRIS system. This role is crucial in ensuring our solutions are compliant, optimized, and deliver high client and team satisfaction.
This role offers the right person the opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of HR & Payroll services for schools, directly impacting the education sector you will also be joining a supportive and motivated team that values collaboration, customer focus, and high performance.

What you'll be doing:
• Support & Development : Enhance the iTrent platform for our payroll team and customers.
• Collaboration : Work with MHR consultants to deploy new HRIS functionalities.
• Data Management : Prepare and test data to meet school requirements.
• Customer Onboarding/Offboarding : Ensure smooth transitions and compliance.
• Strategic Input : Contribute to business change programs and future roadmaps.
• Lifecycle Management : Oversee platform upgrades and patches.
• Team Contribution : Be part of a motivated, customer-focused team.
• Project Support : Collaborate on IT projects to meet specifications, costs, and timescales.
• Incident Management : Proactively handle incidents and problems.
What we're looking for:
• Excellent knowledge of the I-Trent platform including recruitment, onboarding, performance etc business objects and any related components.
• Excellent understanding of HR processes and systems
• Experience of onboarding new customers
• Stakeholder engagement
• Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Positive, enthusiastic and flexible approach
• Ideally some knowledge of the education sector and the technical requirements required to achieve customer satisfaction
