We are looking for a highly motivated and multi-skilled Business Support Administrator to join the North Devon Older Persons Mental Health (OPMH) Community team based in Abbotsvale, Bideford Hospital.

Main duties of the job
The Business Support Administrator undertakes the administration of all tasks in supporting a team of clinical staff assessing and caring for patients within the community. These tasks will include:
1. Answering telephones and providing office and reception cover
2. Typing all correspondence, assessment letters, appointment and clinic letters
3. Minuting team meetings using Microsoft Word
4. Managing Excel spreadsheets
5. Updating our patient record system, SystmOne
Work is usually filtered via a shared email where all admin staff pick up tasks.

Person Specification
Experience
* Excellent organisational skills
* Ability to prioritise workload and adapt to change when required
* Previous experience of working within an administrative or secretarial team
* Experience of dealing with confidential and complex information
* Previous experience of working in a Healthcare or Social Care administrative setting
* Ability to take accurate formal and informal minutes
* Demonstrate good numeracy and literacy skills
Qualifications
* RSA 3 Word Processing or equivalent level of experience in practice
* NVQ3 in administration or equivalent level administrative knowledge and experience
* GCSE English or equivalent
* Evidence of continuing professional and personal development
* ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence)
