Project Manager – Rehabilitation Works & Specialist Projects
McBreen Enviro (UK) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead rehabilitation works and specialist projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional with a background in industrial, utility, or civil engineering to play a key role in our relining services.
What You’ll Do:
1. Oversee planning and execution of rehabilitation and relining projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
2. Approve all relining-related Purchase Orders, ensuring quality control and specifications are met.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the relining sector to expand our client base.
4. Prepare competitive quotes and contribute to tendering processes.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
7. Attend KPI and sales meetings and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
8. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in relining technology, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven experience in project management within an industrial, utility, or civil engineering setting.
2. Strong technical knowledge of rehabilitation works, relining processes, and industry standards.
3. Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and project scope efficiently.
4. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and risk-assessment skills.
5. Strong negotiation, sales, and client relationship management abilities.
6. Willingness to travel as needed.
