Role Overview: As Service Director, you will report directly to the Managing Director and hold comprehensive responsibility for leading the strategy and execution of all service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and oversee the company's service delivery strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer expectations.
* Lead, mentor, and manage multi-disciplinary service teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
* Establish and refine processes to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to support company growth through strategic planning and innovation.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in service delivery.
* Act as a key liaison between departments to enhance communication and streamline service operations.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a senior service leadership role within the technology sector.
* Proven success in managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
* Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of technology solutions, including managed services, cloud, and security infrastructure.
* Ability to liaise with C-suite stakeholders and influence strategic initiatives.
Location & Travel: This hybrid role requires flexibility, with time split between offices in Essex (approximately 60/40), alongside client visits as needed.
